I’m a Leadership Agility Coach & Educator passionate about growing leaders to drive sustainable Self & Culture Transformations. I am a Doctoral Researcher, an Author, Speaker, and Leader, with over two decades of versatile experience. I have risked, stumbled, failed, yet got back up every single time and learned to find joy in everything I do.

My proprietary GRACE Framework (Gratitude, Resilience, Authenticity, Courage, and Empathy) provides a practical roadmap for leading with self-awareness and integrity.


I am an Advisor & Mentor for the Board of Directors @Sankalp India Foundation aiming to free Rural India from fatal blood disorders. I am also the author of the book “Leading with a Cognitive Edge” and a Speaker at various forums on Leadership, Culture and Humane topics.
